Welcome to my website. I am an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist, Child and Adolescent Counsellor and Supervisor based in Collingham in Nottinghamshire.

I offer:

• Private psychotherapy and counselling services for adults, adolescents and parents.
• Clinical, creative supervision for Art Therapists, psychotherapists and counsellors, including those in training.
• Individual psychotherapy for trainee/student Arts Psychotherapists, psychotherapists and counsellors.

The arts and metaphor (this may include films or stories that may have resonated with you, sounds/music, or simply an image that pops into your mind), alongside the therapeutic relationship, can really help to bring awareness and insight, and to communicate with precision the often confusing and painful layers of feeling and thought which bring us to therapy.

Talking is also very much part of the therapy as we work together to help make sense of and process your feelings and thoughts.

No particular experience or skill in relation to the arts is necessary at all.

Collingham is within easy reach of Lincoln, Grantham, Newark, Retford, Southwell and surrounding villages.
